  • The olive groves

    Cultivating
    the innovation

    -

Everything starts from the land, from its care to the creation of a superior quality extra virgin olive oil. Agricola Di Pietro applies the most innovative technologies to the traditional Apulian knowledge of olive growing. Among the first in Italy to experiment the cultivation of super-intensive olive trees, with more than 1000 plants per hectare arranged in rows, today it boasts the planting of 10 varieties of cultivars. The cultivation of the fruit, the mechanized harvesting and the crusher a few kilometers, where to immediately grind the olives to prevent oxidative processes, and finally storage under nitrogen, allow you to follow the complete cycle of the birth of the product, bottled at zero kilometer. A type of philosophy that translates into the goal of making an extra virgin olive oil of excellence.
